Our Treatment Modalities

Exposure Response Prevention

ERP gradually exposes you to your obsessions and/or fears in a safe environment while helping you to not engage in rituals or compulsive behavior in an effort to neutralize your distress

Cognitive Behavior Therapy

CBT looks at how your thoughts influence your emotions and behaviors. Utilizing CBT we guide you to challenge your unhelpful thinking patterns so that you can have balanced and unbiased thoughts. Unbiased thoughts lead to a decrease in anxiety and an increase in mood.

Solution Focused Therapy

In SFBT we focus on exploring how you think your life will be once your problem is resolved.  Then, we will work with you to figure out the tools you need to quickly solve the challenge and move toward the life you want to create.

Acceptance & Commitment Therapy

ACT helps you stay focused on the present moment and accept your thoughts and feelings without judgment. ACT encourages you to accept your thoughts as they come and act based on your values, rather than short-term impulses.
